V0.1.06

Hey guys. As promised, here is the list of changes in V0.1.06: 

Character changes

• Taunt ability added to Astrid. Needs testing on whether enemies are attacking her more when it's used
• 4 new debuff spells added to Fennwick
• Windshear MP Cost raised 50-->100 Animation has been changed up a bit as well.

UI and Gameplay changes

• Speech bleep plugin has been added so when text boxes open up, there are bleeps to imitate someone speaking like in Dragon Quest or the earlier Zelda games. 
• Sword Training Manual added. 1 chest will contain the amount needed to learn all of sigvar's skills in the game. Later these will be spread out through the demo. and full game
• Actor Portraits have been updated in some places for Sigvar and Astrid 
• The well is still ill advised to go down unless you want to collect lots of Chipped fangs
• Some post-tournament dialog has been added in Encordia
